ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi & City Exploration (L)
Upon your arrival at Noi Bai Airport, our tour guide will greet you at the security area, holding a sign with your name. Board your private car for a transfer to the heart of Hanoi. Upon reaching your hotel, check in (subject to availability) and take some time to relax.
City Tour Highlights
We begin with a visit to Ba Dinh Square, home to Uncle Ho’s final resting place – the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum – where many significant cultural and political events of Vietnam have taken place. Explore Ho Chi Minh’s Stilt House, where he intermittently lived during the Vietnam War, and admire the tranquil One Pillar Pagoda, a Buddhist temple known for its unique architecture and serene lotus pond.
Next, visit the historic Tran Quoc Pagoda, Vietnam’s oldest Buddhist temple, located on the shores of West Lake. Don’t miss the Bodhi tree, a gift from Indian Prime Minister Rajendra Prasad during his visit in 1959.
12:30 PM: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in the Old Quarter.
In the afternoon, visit the Hanoi : Ngoc Son Temple on Hoan Kiem Lake (Sword Lake), a site rich in history and symbolism. Then, explore the Temple of Literature (Quoc Tu Giam), Vietnam’s first university, founded in 1070 and dedicated to Confucian teachings.
4:15 PM: Conclude your day with a traditional Water Puppet Show – a centuries-old Vietnamese art form that brings legends to life through music and puppetry. (Water Puppet Show not included in package price.)
Dinner: Free time to explore local dining options on your own.
Overnight: Stay in Hanoi.

The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays, and museums are closed on Mondays. Suitable alternatives will be arranged.
Day 2: Sapa town – Cat Cat Village – Waterfall – Sin chai village (B/L/D)
6:30 – 7:00 AM: Your tour guide from Vietnam Travel Advisor will pick you up from your hotel/accommodation in Hanoi. Board a comfortable bus and begin your journey to Sapa Town.
9:30 AM: Take the highway to Lao Cai City, with a short comfort break along the way.
11:00 AM: Enjoy a second break upon reaching Lao Cai City before continuing your trip to Sapa.
1:00 PM: Arrive in Sapa Town, where you’ll be greeted by the vibrant traditional attire of the H’Mong, Dzao, and Tay ethnic groups. Enjoy a welcome drink and a brief overview of the itinerary. Then, savor a delicious Vietnamese lunch before completing the check-in process at your hotel.
2:30 PM: The bus will take you to the entrance of Cat Cat Village, home to the Black Hmong ethnic group. Nestled at the base of a deep valley near Fansipan Peak, the village offers a glimpse into the daily lives of the locals. Follow your guide as you trek to the valley’s bottom, where you’ll visit a French-era Hydraulic Power Station near a picturesque waterfall. Take photos at the bridge and waterfall before trekking uphill to meet the bus that will bring you back to Sapa Town.
- Trekking Distance: Approximately 2.5 km (around 2 hours).
5:00 PM: Return to Sapa Town, where you’ll enjoy dinner and spend the night at the hotel. You’ll also have free time to explore Sapa’s nightlife.

Day 3: Sapa– Explore Fansipan Peak – The Indochina’s Roof beach – Hanoi (B/L)
8:00 AM: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before the driver and tour guide take you to the Cable Car Station. Spend approximately 20 minutes on the cable car ride, marveling at the breathtaking mountain scenery.
9:00 AM: Arrive at an altitude of 2,800 meters. Take your time to admire the stunning views, capture memorable photos, and visit spiritual sites, including the mountaintop pagoda. From there, trek 600 steps to reach the summit of Fansipan, famously known as the “Roof of Indochina.” The hike and sightseeing will take around 1.5 hours.
11:00 AM: Return to the Cable Car Station for the ride back to Sapa Town.
12:30 PM: Enjoy lunch at the hotel.
1:30 – 3:45 PM: Spend your afternoon exploring Sapa Town at your own pace. Shop for souvenirs, enjoy the local culture, or relax before reuniting with the group at the hotel to prepare for the journey back to Hanoi.
4:00 PM: Board the bus for the return trip to Hanoi. The journey includes two comfort breaks along the way.
8:45 PM: Arrive in Hanoi, where the tour concludes with a drop-off at your hotel or accommodation.

Day 4: Hanoi – Ninh Binh -Hoa Lu – Mua cave – Trang An (B/L)
Full-Day Itinerary: Hanoi to Ninh Binh
6:30 – 8:00 AM: Depart from Hanoi
Your tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi to begin the journey to Ninh Binh province. The drive takes approximately two hours to reach the first destination, Hoa Lu Ancient Capital.
10:00 – 10:30 AM: Visit Hoa Lu Ancient Capital
Explore Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam during the Dinh and Le dynasties (10th–11th centuries). Visit the temples dedicated to King Dinh Tien Hoang and King Le Dai Hanh. Nestled among limestone mountains and lush green rice fields, the site offers a glimpse into Vietnam’s rich history and natural beauty.
11:30 AM: Discover Mua Cave
Continue to Mua Cave, a highlight of Ninh Binh known for its spectacular panoramic views of the Tam Coc area. Climb 500 steps to the mountaintop and be rewarded with breathtaking scenery.
1:00 PM: Lunch Break
Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch at a local restaurant in Ninh Binh, where you can savor authentic regional flavors.
2:00 PM: Boat Tour in Trang An
Embark on a serene boat tour in Trang An, a UNESCO World Heritage site famed for its stunning karst landscapes, caves, and winding rivers. Glide through the tranquil waters, explore hidden caves, and take in the majestic surroundings.
4:30 PM: Return to Hanoi
After the boat tour, begin the journey back to Hanoi. Expect to arrive at your hotel around 6:30 PM, depending on traffic conditions.

Day 5: Halong bay – Hanoi overnight on cruise [B/L/D]
7:45 – 8:30 AM: Pick-Up from Hanoi Old Quarter
Your tour guide will collect you from your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Begin your journey to Ha Long Bay, enjoying the scenic landscapes of the Red River Delta along the way.
11:30 AM: Arrival at Tuan Chau Marina
Arrive at the lobby in Tuan Chau Marina, where you can take a short break while our staff completes the necessary registration with local authorities.
12:00 – 12:30 PM: Board the Cruise
Transfer to the cruise via a tender boat. Enjoy a refreshing welcome drink as the captain and crew greet you onboard. A safety briefing and cruise overview will follow.
12:30 – 1:00 PM: Set Sail and Lunch
Begin your journey through Ha Long Bay, one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature. Admire the breathtaking limestone karsts rising dramatically from the sea. Meanwhile, savor a delicious lunch served on board.
2:00 – 2:30 PM: Explore Sung Sot Cave
Disembark to visit Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave), one of the largest and most impressive caves in Ha Long Bay. Wander through its stunning chambers and marvel at its natural formations.
3:00 PM: Visit Ti Top Island
Return to the cruise and continue your trip to Ti Top Island. Here, you can climb to the island’s viewpoint for a panoramic view of the Gulf of Tonkin or take a refreshing swim in the emerald-green waters.
5:00 PM: Happy Hour and Cooking Class
After a day of exploration, unwind on the sundeck with energizing drinks and snacks during Happy Hour. You can also join a cooking class to learn how to make traditional Vietnamese dishes.
7:30 PM: Dinner on Board
Indulge in a sumptuous dinner featuring local delicacies, freshly prepared by the cruise’s culinary team.
8:30 PM: Evening Activities
Spend your evening as you wish. Options include karaoke, squid fishing, or relaxing with drinks at the bar. Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of the bay as the day comes to a close.

Day 6: Halong Bay – Luon Cave – Kayaking – Hanoi [B/L]
06.15 – 07.00: Breakfast is served. It can be a great idea to enjoy the meal with the magnificent view of the sunrise in Ha Long Bay.
8.00 -9.30: The cruise gets closer to the center of the Natural Preservation Area. Join our guide on a short trip to Luon Cave. This magic work of nature shows you the formation of karst mountains. You can discover this time masterpiece by kayaking on your own. If you are lucky, you can catch great photos with mischievous monkeys jigging up and down around the cliffs.
9.30: Cruise welcomes you back on board and it is time for checking out.
10.00: Whilst cruising back, delightful lunch will be served.
11.35: We return to the quayside in the south of the bay, where our visitors disembark in Tuan Chau Marina. And leave for Ha Noi on our shuttle.
15.30 – 16.00: You will get back to your hotel in Ha Noi Old Quarter

Cancellation Policy
For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 15 days before arrival: No charge
- 10-15 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-10 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
